TIMING
Seats by the counter are kept for fifteen minutes after reservation time.
In case of running late for your reservation, it is best to notify us.
A 2-hr time window is allocated per seating. Unless there are back-to-back reservations, you are more than welcome to remain seated longer.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome. A children menu is available in line to the Izakaya concept.
PETS
No pets of any type and size are allowed inside the Izakaya. We are an open kitchen concept following very strict health, hygiene and safety procedures.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Ingredients are not all listed on menus.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or intolerances.
Cross-contamination could occur since we are not an allergens free kitchen.
DRESS CODE
Casual attire is acceptable. No shirtless or beachwear guests allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Seating capacity is limited.
It is very much appreciated that in case of a cancellation is required, we are notified right away to release the seats.
